TRAINING COURSE: Basis for Adaptation to Climate and Global Change: TOURISM AND CRAFT FISHING. New challenges in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar NP

The Natural Heritage, Biodiversity and Global Change Foundation, through the My Global Park project, invites all companies and workers in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar NP environment to participate in this opportunity to channel and promote socio-economic development from a sustainable point of view. The main objective of this project is to train the business network of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park in sustainability and adaptation to Global Change, in order to promote new business opportunities in their economic activities.

The course will start on January 30 and will end on February 6, 2014 in the afternoon from 16 to 20:30h (from January 30 to February 04) and in the morning from 9:00 to 14:00 (from 05 to 06 February). We inform you that the registration period is open until January 27th.

Target audience: tourism and artisanal fishing sector, employees and entrepreneurs of these productive sectors in the municipalities of Níjar, Carboneras and Almería.

Location: San José. Municipal Office of the Town Hall of Nijar. Genova Square.
